A beautiful 10k yellow gold cameo brooch and pendant.  This traditional cameo is carved shell set into a scrolled 10k gold setting.  The style, workmanship and materials indicate it is likely antique; however, it is not date stamped.  

The cameo can be worn both as a brooch and as a pendant making it versatile.  The shell cameo measures approximately 20 mm x 15 mm. The entire piece measures 24 mm by 19.5 mm.  It has a small rotating bail on the top allowing it to be suspended on a chain necklace.  It is in excellent condition considering its long life, and could be enjoyed for another life time.
